Making this website work for everyone

Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, magnifiers, voice control or the keyboard instead of a mouse. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What you should be able to do

• Zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
• Use the whole site with a keyboard
• Use the site with a screen reader
• Read text that has strong colour contrast against its background
• Understand images, thanks to text descriptions
• Use the site comfortably on a phone or tablet

We've also tried to keep the language clear and simple.

Things that may not work perfectly

We test the site regularly, but some things may not be perfect yet. If you find something that's hard to use, please tell us and we'll fix it.

Information in other formats

If you need information from this website in a different format, such as large print, easy read, audio, or another language, contact us and we'll do our best to help. Email sbihi95_10@outlook.com or call 07493 759573.

We can also talk things through by phone, and arrange an interpreter if you need one.

Tell us about a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of this site, or you think we're not meeting accessibility requirements, email sbihi95_10@outlook.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll get back to you within 5 working days.

Accessibility of our service

Accessibility matters beyond the website too. When we plan your care, we'll ask about any communication needs you have, such as hearing or sight loss, and record how you'd like information shared with you. This follows the NHS Accessible Information Standard.
